Usage:
 The water hose connected to the water pipeline under test (Note: The joint sealing);
• the measured pipe filled with water, and after the air is discharged off switch;
• Fill the water tank with water, and then the lower plate tilt rod and began pressing pressure test;
• When the pressure gauge reading rises when needed, you can stop pressing;
• After the stop pressure, if the pressure shown on the pressure gauge does not drop, you can prove that the pipeline pressure resistance is good; the contrary, the proof is not good for the pipe sealing performance, leakage caused by pressure drops.
